Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Korvix ("Korvix", "we", "us"), an autonomous SEO platform. By creating an account or connecting a store, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Korvix does

Korvix crawls websites you own or are authorized to manage, analyzes search and technical data, proposes changes, and — where you grant permission — executes those changes on your connected store or CMS. You remain the owner of your website, your content, and your data.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the legal right to connect and modify any website or store you add to Korvix.

3. Autonomous changes and your control

Korvix can operate in approve-first mode (you review every action) or, where you explicitly enable it, autonomous mode for specific action types. You choose the level of autonomy per action type at any time in Settings.

Every change Korvix applies is designed to be reversible: technical and on-page SEO fixes are snapshotted before they are written and can be rolled back. You are responsible for reviewing the autonomy settings you enable. Korvix acts on your instruction and configuration; you retain final responsibility for your website.

4. Third-party services

Korvix connects to services including Shopify and Google Search Console using credentials you provide or authorize. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. Korvix requests only the access it needs (for Shopify, permission to publish content and edit SEO fields; for Google Search Console, read-only access to your search metrics).

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You can view and manage your subscription, including cancellation, from the billing area. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice of price changes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Korvix to manipulate search results through deceptive means, to modify websites you do not own or control, to violate the terms of Shopify, Google, or any third party, or for any unlawful purpose.

7. Beta software

Korvix is offered in an early-access beta. Features may change, and while we work hard to measure and prove results, we do not guarantee specific SEO outcomes. Search engine rankings depend on factors outside our control.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Korvix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Korvix and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, you may export or delete your data; disconnecting an integration preserves any content already published to your store.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
