Common questions

How do I connect my Shopify store?

Open your site, go to Settings → Integrations, and use Connect Shopify. Korvix requests only the access it needs — permission to publish content and edit SEO fields. You can disconnect at any time.

Is everything Korvix does reversible?

Technical and on-page SEO fixes are snapshotted before they are applied and can be rolled back from the action's detail page. You also choose whether Korvix acts automatically or asks for approval first, per action type, in Settings.

Why isn't my Search Console data showing?

Connect Google Search Console from the Analytics page using the Google account that owns your property. Data appears on the next daily cycle. If it doesn't, confirm you connected the correct Google account and that your property is verified — then email us and we'll help.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Manage your subscription — including cancellation — from the Billing area.
